If the van been sitting for a long time it maybe the pump thats jammed. If you can get at it take out and turn the impeller a couple of times to make sure its free.
After you have done this stick in basin of water as running it dry will damage it.
Just a thought till some one else can suggest some thing.

Forgot to add,To test to see if the pump is jamming or knacked without a multimeter switch on one light and turn on the pump.If the light goes dim the pump is jammed or knacked.
Our sprite has a manual flush and it is just over three years old. I didn't realise that some had electric flushes. Our last van had an electric flush but I don't think it saved a lot of manual labour.
My rels had same issue. It was the connections below the flush button that was the problem. I googled it at the time and there was quite a bit of info available about removing, repairing and replacing the "button" mechanism.
Just a bit of a thick sounding question....when you press the electric flush is the toilet trap suppose to open?
It puts the flush liquid in ok but didn't know it the trap was supposed to open or not. Manual not much help.

... the fuse in the cassette you speak of is for the cassette full light I think.
Does the cassette full indicator not run from the small pair of AA batteries housed within the left of the cassette compartment?
The additional fuse tends to be model specific.
Not too sure, mine doesn't have the aa battery bit, but I had to change that fuse once and as far as I could gather all the fuse did was the cassette full light.
