Sad to see Eterniti Caravans have gone into administration, saw one " in the flesh" at the weekend, and thought it was fantastic.Tragic for the the staff who may loose their jobs, and customers who may loose money on deposit, and for existing customers who may loose their warranties. Hope someone can come along and rescue them .
We saw these at the Manchester show and were impressed by the inside space and layout - less impressed by the weight and price tag! Glad we weren't impressed enough to put down a deposit. Upset for those customers who have lost money and employees who have lost their livelihoods. Shame a small company with new ideas hasn't been able to make it.
Seems odd that they have had so much media coverage, and the MD being ultra confident, and the fact that they are still advertising on telly that they have gone belly up.
Seems like eterniti caravans gaffer wasn't giving us the whole truth on the tv interviews he has given
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
I would think that warranty claims would play a big part in the demise of the company. It takes years for faults and poor build quality issues to be ironed out. If the company doesn't have deep enough pockets then the money they make from later models are financing the warranty work and no company can be run like that indefinitely.
I think that was what happened with the Stealth. It did not make financial sense to lose the profits from their newer caravans !
