Very pleased you're enjoying your seasonal pitch feeblecat, looks like a beautiful setting. Yes there is a pitch fee for the season which can vary enormously in different parts of the country and will depend on things like the length of season, type of pitch, site facilities and wether or not electric is included,our site in Somerset has gone over to metered hookups with 1000 units of electric included in the pitch fee, any additional " credit " is paid for seperately and added to your card. Site owners will often offer some kind of payment plan to spread the cost of your pitch over the season, with interest charged of course. As with everything, it's important to read the terms and conditions and find out what restrictions are in place before committing yourself. It does take a lot of the normal stresses like towing, setting up and being off site by a certain time out of your break away, but I appreciate it's not for everyone. We're now in our 5th year seasonal, moving sites after 2 years at our previous site and we're considering returning to touring next year for a change of scenery.
