We are away at the moment and both the water heater and fridge have both stopped working on electric, but working on gas. Barr checking fuses etc what else could we check.
Thanks in advance

So you got the water heater working again, how come the fridge didn't work as that's got nothing to do with the water heater reset button.
Just to clarify 240 electrics are fine tv, lights, water pump etc. But fridge and water heater will only work on gas. Apologies for any confusion if we can't locate fault will call dealer in the week as still within 6mth warranty. But forsake of a fuse or small fault easier to fix then getting to dealer.

There may be too much usage on the site. We had the same thing happen last Easter when everyone was using their heating. As soon as people started to leave the site our fridge and heating started working again on electrics.

What make of fridge is it?and how old is it? If its a fairly new thetford they come up with fault codes but they only allow a 10% voltage drop and then off they go
You will probably have a few trip switches on the consumer unit (fuse box), make sure one of these hasn't tripped out. Also, water heaters can cut out if the water runs out to avoid damaging the element. To reset this, if there isn't a button, just switch it off for 10 minutes or so then back on(making sure there's water in there).
Just as a side note, you mention lights and pump are working, they are most likely working from the 12v battery. Many new caravans don't have 240v lights any more.
