Any that are managed by Cadw ( Welsh Govt) will be well maintained- they have an App if you have a smart phone . Kidwelly and Carreg Cennen castles are wonderful . St David's ( the city) and Cathedral and Bishops palace are well worth a visit . You will have a great time I'm sure
