Hi just had the van serviced on the storage site, this is the first time we have used a mobile service very impressed, very reasonable price £160.00.

Did a super job very took 4hrs to do complete will use the same one next year saves taking it to main dealer.

The mobile service was done by Stockport caravan Services. I have no connection with this business but think if someone is looking for a mobile service in the north west this is the one.

the service engineer is called james and is based in stockport Cheshire.

Is the company approved by the manufacturer. I think they need to be approved to keep up your warranty.

Even if your van is out of it's 3 year warranty to keep the 6 year water ingress warranty valid it must be serviced by a registered engineer.

We too use a mobile service engineer.

He did our folding camper and now our caravan.

The good thing is that he is working to a check list and I am standing there watching him while he does it. So I know that everything is being done.

Sending it to a dealer, you can never be sure just what is being checked and what is not.
