This whole thing sounds dodgy to me. A caravan with no windows or kitchen, no identification, under cover for 2 years, why? Why would someone strip a good caravan? Has it been stolen to be used for spares? It just sounds wrong. Of course it may be kosher but it all sounds a bit odd and I can't see it being economical to rebuild this to such a standard that it could be sold for a profit.
The OP already has a 2003 Ranger 470/4 according to his profile so must have an idea as to the age of this bargain project and also some idea of where to look for the VIN.
I hope it all works out ok but it just doesn't seem right to me.
