I would have thought that the motor cycle forks with just one wheel at the front would have been impossible to turn with twin axle wheels at the rear. A single axle yes but I would like to see it in real life and see how practical it really is.
That one wheel/tyre appears to be very wide. I would imagine that one one rear axle is driven. Although that brings up more pitfalls if one axle loses traction. Imaging getting stuck on top of a speedbump.
