Hi,

We are just about to buy a secondhand caravan which is CRISS registered. Everything looks good but I would like to carry out a CRISS check just to double check all is well.   i would really like to know how long it takes to receive the results of the check, please. Also, is it quicker online or by telephone? There's no help on their website about this.

I did the check over the phone for a van we were going to buy a few year ago. I think even online it would be quick.

Hiya, as far as I know the check is done there and then on the phone. Why not phone them and ask to confirm?

Same day I believe online - within minutes from doing one in December if I remember correctly. Also sends you email confirmation of the check.
