Has anyone stopped getting Sky news on freesat ?

We have a nearly new freesat tv and an aerial booster on our van but for some odd reason channel 82 on freesat (sky news ) has just vanished. We use to get it but over the last few times we've been out it's gone. We are getting all the other freeview channels like BBC and itv but that's just gone. It can't be a signal problem because we are getting channels on a weaker signal.

We have auto re tuned tv wherever we've set up so we are now at a loss as to what to do next...

Has anyone else experienced this and managed to resolve it ?

Sky news is still on ours just checked it this morning, suggest you retune your freesat box, as i have lost a station occasionally on the one at home and retuned and it has come back. I have also checked and it is still on freeview 82. So still working on satellite and digital terrestrial

News channels start at 200 on our Humax Foxsat PVR Freesat Box and Sky News is channel 202.

Got it on now so it has not gone from Freesat, as it is on the same frequency and polarity as for Sky watchers.

The channel number will be different on a Sky Freeesat system and Sky subscription system.

you should be able to manually tune in to sky news using your remote control and the add channels function.
