Our Bailey Pursuit pipes run from boiler at front, under kitchen, into bathroom behind toilet, through wardrobe and under sink all at low level, then rise to mixer tap in shower and up to shower head. Pressure is fine.

The rise to the aerated shower head enters the head from below I think.
