We have had an accident with our caravan the front panel is cracked, we have been told the cheapest way to fix it is by having it filled by a company called Panel Works.

As anyone had this procedure done to your caravan? or used this company?

Yes we had a complete new front fitted on our it was was very a very expensive job but it had ti be done we had it done by a company in Blackburn and they did a great job

We had a crack in the front panel of our previous van which was repaired under warranty by the manafacturer. They sent a company called Lamplas (if my memory serves me right) out to where we store it. The guy proceeded to set about the front with all manner of tools that was scary to watch but when he finished you'd never know that panel had been worked on. It was absolutely brilliant, so much so that when I showed people I had to refer to the photos that I sent to the dealer to remember where the crack was.

We suffered a crack to our front panel and Venture said a repair would just show through in a couple of years, so a new panel was the best way to go and luckily the insurance have agreed.

Do you have a marine / boat repairers near to you?

Most are wizards when it comes to repairing ABS and GRP...after all most boats are made of either....may be worthwhile contacting one.
