My brother in law is looking for a cheap caravan due to finding out his son has leukaemia he is looking for a 5 berth with awning and only has about 800 to spend he has just sold all his tent stuff and is on the hunt for one now as tgey were coming away with us at the end of july if any one can help or know of any anywhere can you let me know on here

Have a look on ebay, there are some great buys on there (as well as some lemons, so watch out for those) and plenty of choice at this time of year.

The only downside is that it's not really the best time of year to be buying. The demand will have gone up as the weather gets better, so unfortunately, the prices will have gone up as well.

The main worry is if the van is damp. Get a damp meter to check before buying. Sadly experience indicates that a van at that price will prolly be damp. Otherwise checking one is a matter of common sense.

I just had a quick look on gumtree, there are lots there and you enter a maximum price to filter the search.
