Water only delivers if both taps in van opened at same time ?

Can you be any more specific at all? Example, is only one particular tap not working until a second is turned on, or is the problem any combination of taps, i.e., washroom tap duff until kitchen tap turned on?

What age is the van? I assume it's the Sprite in your profile so guess not too old, but just trying to figure what type of water system you'll have on board to be able to advise.
