One of the motors isn't working. Have tried it unengaged from the wheel, but still nothing. Any ideas of a solution. Thanks

Wire connections to motors can sometimes corrode causing no power to motors

You could probably try firing it up by swapping the output wires to the other motor  on the control board just to see if power is missing, IF you are sure you know which wire is which on the control board.

as dave says..swapping the motor wires at the board sounds a good idea..that will find out if its the motor or the control unit..

just swap the two pairs of wires over.. it easy enough to spot which ones to swap..
