No no No find a indepedant Towcar fitters ,shop around the prices really vary a lot ,should be around £200 to 250 with twin electrics ,I would suggest you buy your caravan first to establish whether you need a ALKO dry type tow ball or standard greased one .and don't forget a number plate
Well I wouldn't go to the Citroen dealer for a start
Have a look on the Witter or the towsure towbar page I am sure they can recommend a specialist towbar firm which will be much cheaper than Citroën
Also don't forget to ask if you do buy that Caravan if they can throw in water/waste carriers and the like...
I totally agree Geoff+Emmy, we asked if there was any extras with our van and ended up with a good secondhand Aqua roll and Waterhog, a Bulldog Hitch lock, a Milacano step, a new stabiliser winder and they changed our tow bar for an Alco one!!
If you don't ask, you don't know what you can get!!

Thanks helrog, and thanks for all the advice re towbars. I would have gone straight to Citreon which it sounds like would have been a mistake. I will look into Derbyshire towbars.
The dealership are throwing in a starter kit. I have forgotten now what it includes but I think it was waste and water carriers, gas bottle, they said all we need to get started. I will ask what else we can get and see if I can get any of the extras geoff&emmy managed! They are supposed to be coming back to me tomorrow with a deal.

More to come....
It was me, Fredted that got the extras!!! I asked on the phone if the price was the best they could do and they said yes as it had been reduced by £250 in their New Year Sale, so I said what could they include. They asked me what I needed and when we arrived to pay the deposit they were all waiting in the van!! The tow bar and winder came later when we picked it up and discovered that we needed them! Good Luck and keep us all informed...we're a nosey lot!!
Yes it was Fredted (I just added a bit to his post)I spent 20 grand and got very little But we had most of it from previous van anyway also try and get a new power lead as usually they take the old one out on second hand vans (on safety grounds or so they say)
But it does all add up you will be surprised and good luck
