We are on a seasonal pitch that is available all year but all touring caravan parks will have rules so that you are not "a resident". That is a requirement of their licence. So for example on our site you are allowed a maximum stay, I think its 21 nights and then you must leave...you can come back again -I think as quickly as the day after so 21 nights on, 1 off. My sister in law lives on a site all year except she cannot stay in january and february.
Regarding post, my sister in law gets hers to a relatives address. There must be other suggestions as we have neighbours on our site that live between our site and another caravan, ie no house.
