I have posted a slightly different question regarding the gas locker. My 'door' on the gas locker has distorted and does not close properly, 2003 Buccaneer Caribbean, and help with finding a replacement or GRP repair?

So holes positioned at the top of the locker like the OP's are virtually useless then - that's if they really are meant to be gas vents! I can only say that I have never seen holes along the top of a gas locker.
Distortion is a bit harder, Chris. Could you perhaps take it off and immerse in a bowl/bath of hot water and weight it so that the distortion is reversed? In effect, distorting it back into shape. Maybe a hairdryer on hot might do the trick without taking it off. Check that the distortion isn't just being caused by a seal coming off on the inside. Or could be that your gas bottle isn't secure and has pushed the gas locker door in transit? The last case is not very likely, there is usually a securement fitting for gas bottles, to stop them moving about in transit, but I have heard of several that have no restraints, other than that they are shut in the box.
Other than that, look for one as spares or accessories, email the caravan breakers as they might have one in stock. This place is good.
