Hi All,I have a complete metal awning frame for a pyramid Tuscany   caravan awning to fit a 17 foot van which i want to sell, we have scrapped the canvas as when we unpacked it we found that it was rotten,we acquired the awning with the van and it looks like the previous owner may have packed it away wet, anyway we are unsure of how much to ask for the frame, any ideas please.

Thanks for replies checkley1973 and Hacksaw Bob, unsure of Awing size Bob as i said we acquired it with the van, how would we find out ?, the van body is 17 foot that's all we know

According to this 1995 brochure the awning length (ie ground to ground measurement via awning rail, if you want to check with a washing line, for example) is 9150mm, so the awning would presumably have been in the range of, say, 915-925 (cm).

Thanks again,and thanks for the link to that brochure Bob, so it looks like it was a 950cm awning, we have asked at our local van dealers here and he Googled the dimensions of our van and said 900cm and suggested a price of £50, so will try it at that.
