repeated again as others say, buy a damp meter £20/25 have a look at The wizards site http://www.1carpc.co.uk/wcdr/
& find any other web site such as the caravan clubs websites on buying a s/h caravan at up to 2k you will probably buy private. How ever after damp testing & checking each van you view,& finally finding the van you are sure you want, THEN call in your local mobile engineer for a pre buying check it may cost you £50 but could save you thousands in cash & heart ach
