We've taken various caravans past and present there for a service and are going to take it to their sister Service Centre in Blackburn in future. We got one caravan back with an empty gas bottle and broken gas valve when they had no need to go into the front locker, said they hadn't but they had sent it somewhere else for the warranty job (without our permission)and neither centre would admit to going in the locker, we think the valve must have been swapped for a broken one as it was working and turned off when we dropped it off, when we got it back the valve was turned on and the gas bottle empty, did no one smell gas as it was full so was that swapped as well? This van we have now has been back three times for servicing, 1st service front Bailey badge was missing, 2nd service the floor was so filthy it looked like a heard of cows had been driven through it, 3rd service they tried to give us someone elses old broken jockey wheel, (I'm sure someone working there is slowly building their own van by nicking bits) not to mention my late Dad's old tatty Panama hat being nicked out of the top locker. I get the impression no one is qualified (or they're all on something) and someone working there is defiantly not trustworthy.

This is an old post of mine which seems to have been resurrected. My decision not to bother going back to get the van serviced there seems to have been correct judging by the new comments! Many thanks to all and perhaps this may serve as a warning to others in the future.

I'm very glad you originally posted and very pleased to be able to update.
One day they will come unstuck by legal process and deserve all they get.
