Hi there,
Still attempting to renovate a tiny caravan and need a bit of advice if possible. Part of the awning rail was ripped off at some point by a truck. We have managed to get the damaged piece off (gone through lots and lots of drill heads!!), only trouble is I can't find any similar rails - the caravan is around 30 / 40 years old so we struggling to buy a match, have emailed picture to various breakers but no one has any the same. Any ideas on what to do - do we take both rails off each side and replace with completely new? Or any ideas where to try for old stuff?? Many thanks. Would put up a picture of the profile but not sure how to do that here? Also any tips on getting the rails off if this is the route to take? Many thanks.
