Hi there wonder if any one can advise my 1996 bailey pageants blow air heating has not worked from the day I bought the van. When I hooked the van up on 230v and tried to switch the blow air heating on it blew the fuse back at the source where I plugged my hook up in. Any advice to resolve will be much appreciated.

Have you tried it on gas?

Most likely cause is the heating element for the electric part of it. Not difficult to replace and not that expensive either.

Check your ehu cable for a loose wire,other than that Gary from Arc systems is your man and some times pops in to help people.

If the hook-up cable had a loose wire, nowt would work. The fault is likely to be within the heater switch unit/loom itself, if it doesnt fuse till its operated.

Id call a mobile caravan fixer from your local area.

there is a re set button on the back of the fire on the fan motor,had the same problem myself some years back had'nt got a clueI had to be told. good luck pete
