We picked up our new van today, great excitement, it is our first new'new' van. Broad Lane were fantastic, every member of staff friendly and helpful, we travelled a long way and must say it was worth the effort. Highly recommend them, looking forward to first weekend away.

We have had a couple of new vans from them and although we have moved away and have my servicing done locally now I would still consider going back to them for a new van. Good service is hard to come by these days.

After our last experience we would never buy a caravan from Broad Lane as we felt they were trying to rip us off with the salesman going to the boss to get approval etc. Have not been back since and that was earlier this year.
