Here is our other problem. Our TrumaS3002 blown air heating system is blowing hard but stays cold and doesn't get warm at all. Normally it really warms the caravan up but now its cold. We would appreciate any help or advice
I assume you have it on electric hookup and that the electric is connected. The fan works from the battery on 12 volt and the heater on 230volt mains.
If this is so, has the fuse or MCB gone on the heater circuit. There will be an MCB in your mains unit and a fused spur perhaps near the heater. the MCB may have tripped or the fuse blown.

The heater has to be on for the system to work. The blown air just blows the heat around the van that is generated by the heater.
Can you hear the thermostat clicking on and off when you adjust it ?
