Outstanding Pencamper, and that sure looks like a nice caravan.
Caravans like most things seem to get better with every coming year, and what seems like an almost out of reach dream today becomes a bargain buy in 10 years time.
Our plan is to buy a caravan of a similar age to what you have found, then tow it down to the South of France and leave it on a campsite that also provides storage, forever if possible.
So hopefully like you I will be posting some photos like yours, but not for a few years yet, as we are still saving up for the right caravan.

We are planning our first trip in November and have just purchased a isabella explorer xl porch awning for our short trips away.
Got a few little jobs to do on the van which we new about when purchasing it like new handles on a couple of the blinds and a new water proof switch for the light near the front locker, also got a few bits of woodwork to touch up where things have been knocked.
Other than that can't find anything wrong with it..and as it's rained almost all the time since we got it I can't find any leaks lol

Go and wash your mouth out with soapy water, you naughty boy!!!!!!
You will always find things to do in the van.
Take a note book and pen with you every time you go away in it and then you will know what "little jobs" need doing when you get back.
