Going to NEC tomorrow and for next van are interested in the above layout as the kids get older. Fixed bed with access to TV and a shelf on each side for a drink as we both take water to bed, so on grim eves we can let kids go to bed and watch a bit of tv. 2 full size berths at front with end bathroom with separate shower.   Weight not really an issue but can you get all of this in one caravan?

Did you see anything? Bit late now bit the Lunar Delta TI would fit the bill.

We have a Bailey GT65 Pegasus Bologna - would fit your requirements if you have something big enough to pull it. We've been very happy with ours

I think fixed bed plus 2 full size berths plus end bathroom means a pretty long van. Most are made for 2 adults and 2 children.

I think you are in twin axle territory for those requirements.

I think I read the OP as wanting to use as x2 singles which would be difficult with older children as it looks like your seating area is 4'11" long?

Hi, in the end we spent most of our time looking at motor homes. Simply because I would drive a MH but won't tow, so as I'm a stay at home mum we could make better use of school hols. We will keep Avante for a couple more years and then face a potentially pricey decision!

Wow big difference - you will be looking at one of the big motorhomes to get those requirements in?

We loved the Burstner motorhomes. At around 9m long and £100k price tag they should be good, but the electric drop down over cab bed and good size rear singles with all the other luxury onboard was stunning.
Doesn't get round the issue of having no easy vehicles to travel locally of course!

The Fifth wheelers were absolutely lovely aswell - have you though about one of those as you have a twin cab then for travelling round?

We found ourselves with the exact requirements back in 2009. Both kids into their teens and getting taller by the day meant we really struggled to find anything with 2 singles at the front that would take a 6 Footer and still give us a fixed double and good sized rear end bathroom.

We settled on a Bailey Pageant Series 7 Limousin Twin Axle and it turned out to be a great van as we still have it today. Kids no longer want to come away with us so we will be looking to downsize next year

We had exactly that layout in our last van, a sterling eccles ruby. Single axle think it was 1595mtplm, pulled it with a Chevrolet captiva
So they do exist without going into a twin axle van

Not sure what you are looking for here. Our 3 girls are all grown up *but still like the idea of coming with us* probably for a cheap holiday.

We bought a Quasar Lunar 534 which they have stopped doing now. Which was under 7 meters has a comfortable double Bed and side bathroom.

We took out the centre drawers and had factory fitted end cushions. which gave us a huge area for two of the girls to sleep. There is a divider to have a bit of privacy as well. Had a bit of fun each night fitting the numerous cushions, but it give a large area with the centre drawer unit.

There could be second hand version of this somewhere. It has been replaced by the 544 that as a end bathroom. and is a little longer.
