anyone had problems with stress above entry door and getting front window replaced

elddis explore 402 new not one year old only noticed the window has a flaw in two places which causes a distorted view when looking out, ok did not notice this when we collected as we were so pleased with the it was not until we were using it on holiday, we noted the flaw.
therefore the whole glass area needs replacing?

that should read yes were very pleased with the unit and hoped to have many years of good caravanning?
there has been some other minor faults which like most things happen but I believe these have been corrected and I am waiting to see them as the unit is still waiting for elddis and replacement

anyone else brought the new elddis explore 402 2014 model

Hi, We go to collect ours on Wednesday so will have a look. Really looking forward to it. Upgrading from a folding camper. Saw a post of here a while back that almost says if your a folding camper owner you will soon be a caravan owner!

What car do you use to pull your 402?

yes I use a duster 4x4 not used for longer than a 200 miles trip did very well some may ask why but it does the job well just need to keep a check on nose weight as it can be concerning and feels you got wrong, use less than 70kgs and above 55kgs check your load on nose weight
