We will be using our van all winter on our seasonal pitch.
We are about to take down our full awning as the general consensus seems to be not to leave it up in winter. We are already suffering mildew as the condensation is so bad.
Does anyone have a winter awning that they leave up and is it successful or am I over looking other problems, We are thinking of an Isabella winter porch as it is plastic - so wipeable and small.
We want somewhere for dogs, shoes etc.
Does anyone have any experience of this or other winter set ups? Thanks
The only problem was when we put it up and the ground was wet then condensation dropped from the roof, it was small enough to heat we left a oil filled radiator on.

I managed to get an isabella capri snow second hand. Bit smaller than the winter. Well made even though the "budget" version at the time. Tried it once and it was very sturdy. Not sure about leaving up through winter when you are not there, but it was quite quick to put up. There's one on eBay now. awning
