It is a "pop-up" not one of their Motorhomes.
I know it only as an observer when the then Collin's Caravans were doing them at Reading, and meeting a dutch couple we struck up a holiday friendship with.
We have had the full height Hymer Nova's that share so much in common. They are exceptionally well built and use the same equipment kit as any of the UK builds, so ownership will not be "difficult", and most likely long lived and trouble free.
Layout you either like it or not so nobody other than yourselves can help you on that point.
If you like them then IMO simply go for it as they are very unlikely to let you down, and being niche the price post the original depreciation should hold as stable as most other caravans.
It post 2006 shares a gas locker lid with the Nova range and this has a weakness. It cracks into the ABS plastic along the hinge line, usually parallel to the hinge and it is very variable in extent van to van, but most "get it". It is only generally cosmetic, not effecting the watertight integrity, but it is very costly to replace with a new spare; some units were done under warranty, but if buying secondhand that is unlikely to be an option. Mine only developed about 5 years after purchase and is nothing to sweat about yet, and if they grow I will simply effect a repair by Sikaflex-ing an aluminium strip doubler over them; if I find an anodised piece it will look even a style feature!
