Hello I am new to this forum I have just bought an eldiss storm crusader&I cannot get the electric plugs to work or electric fire every thing else works is there a switch I have to activate? thanks in advance derek

There may be a trip switch on your board thats tripped.

2..a slack wire on your EHU cable from the house..i take it your plugged into the mains?? for if not things will be running off the battery .

I wouldn't know about your particular van, but mine has a box under the front seats. It is just like the consumer box in my house. The switches may be off or a fuse is blown. This is on the 240V system. Lights off the battery are different't. Hopes this helps. I am a first time caravanner myself. Maybe one of the more experienced members will give you more info.

Thanks Jeff I am plugged into mains it just seems that the direct electrics are not functioning

Do you actually have power coming into caravan? Thats the first thing to check. If not take plug & socket apart on your power lead to check for detached wires.
