Hi

I wonder if anyone can advise on the most suitable awning (either porch or full but ease of erection is a prime consideration)for the freedom sunseeker van that I have recently bought? I'm new to this forum so hope my etiquette is OK!

Our 1992 Sunseeker came with a special awning which was 12 feet long, 2 feet longer than the van. There was an extra bit of frame to extend it. Not sure if it was standard for a sunseeker or a special but the extra room was very welcome as we had 3 sons then plus dog. One son slept in the awning.

The actual Freedom Awnings are very expensive. With a Bijoux I use an Outwell Paradise Road which fits very nicely. For your size van a Outwell Country Road could well be the size you require. Much better than Freedom Awnings and offer so much more in space and room. I'm not promoting Outwell, just passing on what works very well for me.
