Our motor mover has given up on us. It started being temperamental and began clicking then stopped working altogether. Has anyone had theirs repaired and where would the best place be to go to in the north west?

Had a big foot,after a couple of uses I decided it was more trouble then it was worth,(wouldn't grip on wet or slightly muddy grass.)and had to keep lifting it in and out of the boot,had to keep moving to look down the sides of the van or get the oh to do it for me,Changed it for a proper mover,best thing I did

Looking at the price of new ones would be better off having a mover fitted.With the remote standing back from van you have more all round vision.

I agree, much easier with a motormover, and I did try one of these first. I wonder if it's the battery on it which needs replacing, rather than the motor?

We have had a friend look at it and he thinks that it is the switch that it the problem. We are looking into other options to replace it as it is very heavy so it seems we will be out spending more money.
