I would like to fit either a reversing lens or use a suction mirror to help me reverse my car onto my caravan Towbar. There are pros and cons for each method. What have you found best? Do the reversing lenses actually give a good enough view to line up the car to the Towbar? I have a Nissan Hytrail so the rear window is pretty vertical.
I just use a couple of extendible magnetic pickup tools. Stick one on the tow ball and one on the caravan hitch and then just line them up when you reverse. Only costs a few pounds and gives perfect alignment every time.
Just make sure the pickup tool is long enough to be seen out the back window of your car.

Hi Higgey Where I live there are several grey Japanese imports mini buses/ campervans which have a mirror angled looking down at fitted tow bar.
I presumed they come over already fitted for hitching a trailer or some thing or just reversing tight against a wall they would be of no use if rear door was open. Do the Japanese go caravanning ???????
Typically my storage spot was too tight to reverse the van in, So i fitted a mover, Then they moved the vans around and altered the layout so i could reverse it in again.
oh well its been very useful on several sites. mainly summer in cornwall when it sank in the nud...
