hello all,this may sound silly but ive recently purchased a 2008 bailey pageant limosin,not sure how to use GAS supply.if someone could please run me through the procedure from the beginning I would be very grateful.the gas bottle is all connected up,thank you

cheers bobmel very helpful,i noticed when I was at the van at the weekend,that the rubber pipe coming from the gas bottle went into a copper pipe which also had a tap like lever on it,do I need to open up that tap aswell as the ones inside the oven storage cupboard I ask this because behind this tap/lever was a sticker saying SERVICE ONLY.

If the tap is not in the open position no gas will come through unless it is. Usual open position is lever in line with tube & right angle to tube closed. If your cooker lights then you have gas.

If lighting for first time after gas change it may take a few seconds for the air to purge from the pipes. Be patient and keep trying. If you hear it hissing, it will light once the air is out.
