Hi,

The towbar on my Vauxhall Vectra C estate seems very high, it measures 18 1/2 inches from the ground to the centre of the tow ball. Looking at the recommended towbar heights this is a good inch higher than the max given, is this ok for towing.

Max height is 16 1/2inch car laden & presumably you have measured it unladen so probably ok. You can only hitch up & see.

Thanks for the response. Yep I measured it unladen so hopefully it will drop it down to at least the max when loaded up and hooked up to the van.
