We're thinking of having a grab handle fitted at the door of our van. We had one on the last caravan and on our trips out in our latest van over the last 2 years we kind of missed it, I suffer with back probs, although not major I felt the grab handle on the door of the van helped. Has anyone fitted one themselves, is it easy to do.

Ive got the milenco handle on our van, easy to fix and it feels solid, I had to get longer screws because german vans have thicker walls,there are 2 covers that fit on the inside so it gives it a nice finish

I see some of the new Bailey unicorns have a handle fitted on the inside just at side of entry. Perhaps you could fit one there rather than outside.

I saw a grab handle fitted about 2 years ago and it was one for the house.The guy just fitted it to the door frame with bolts and had big washers on it so it cant be pulled through.
