You should find info on inside of Fridge IE waterproof sticker unless previous owner has removed
My fridge/freezer has two buttons one with tiny green led press and display comes up between two buttons
which you can change to battery , gas ,240 then white square press square for lower temp up to 4 presses then goes back to one highest temp , other button defrosts while running till defrosted then auto turns on to third press of square in led display. PS tiny green led changes to red and fridge whistles if gas or electric supply is cut off.

We had an 2006 Abbey Spectrum 640 from new. Which was fitted with the Thetford Fridge/Freezer.

In 2007 I think the year was, Swift had a recall on the model of fridge/freezer we had. It was something to do with inadequate ventilation when operating on gas. I've no idea if this was anything to do with inadequate temperature or not - perhaps you could check with the dealer.

Hi, thanks for the replies. We are still having problems. The fridge and freezer are not cool at all. The display is showing the 240 plug whilst the right hand side of the display is showing firstly an icicle/snowflake followed by four darkened boxes. Apart from today the weather has been chilly, today warm and the weather seems to make no difference at all to the temperature within either the fridge or freezer section. Thoughts appreciated, thanks

Just found some other posts which are relevant to this problem. It was suggested that by running the fridge on gas, it may help to cure the problem which could have been caused by the length of time in winter storage. So here goes!!!!!
