I doubt that you can buy them off the shelf. You need to find someone who will make them for you. Any competent seer could do the job. IIRR those curtains have plastic poppers that push into the curtain track, you should be able to get this from a good caravan dealer but before having them made have a good look at the old ones to make sure the popper tape is sewn onto the correct face. Taking the old ones to whoever makes them as a pattern would be a good idea.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013
