its called delamination, but it is repairable, it would have been there 3 months back when you bought the caravan weird you didn't spot it beforehand, but suggest to the dealer that you need some compensation due to this fact

it dosnt sound like you are describing simple delamination of the floor to me..
rapid escalation.. whole van shakes about.. ??

ok well it would fall in the "not fit for purpose" then part of the sale of goods act but the legals will confirm this for you, if not, suggest a call to trading standards

If the dealer makes good the caravan, what`s the problem?
New caravans have problems, used ones do as well, if the problem has `escalated at an alarming rate` it may not have been noticeable at the time of your purchase (as you didn`t).
It appears the dealer has been more than fair (most would have wanted you you to bring the van back to them to inspect), but if you want to play hard-ball expect the dealer to do likewise.
