Hello first time on site I have just purchased 2015 swift eccles with a endurance purple line already fitted but having trouble with the remote it moves the van forwards left and right and will turn on its own axle but it will not move the van backwards when you press the button to move it back the van moves sideways any ideas anyone thanks

not got this mover but have you tried repairing the handset to the receiver to see if that sorts it.Instructions should be in operating instructions if you have them if not try ringing purpleline.
Apparently you press the reset button on back of the receiver for about 5 seconds and red led will flash quickly. Press red button on remote twice, the led will flash more slowly indicating pairing is complete. Then test remote with movers off the wheel to ensure its operating as the buttons pressed ask for.

It looks like only one side will drive backwards. It could be that one of the relays has some dodgy contacts and needs replacing, or perhaps one of the roller bearings has collapsed a bit internally and jams in reverse, or worst still that the problem is in the gearbox.
Listen for a click from the relay with the correct command forward and back, if they are there try the next easiest and cheapest fix.
Turn the offending roller without a load, just running free. If it still duesnt turn, try removing the roller, can you see the pin inside turn or is it broken on one side?
