We have just had a new 110ah deep recycling gel battery fitted to our caravan, highly recommended for delivering power to a motormover and the same type as used to power the larger mobility scooters and carry a heavy weight over distance, ratger than an ordinary leisure battery that is just designed for powering lights, pump, radio/tv, unmotorised gadgets ect.
Our last 110ah leisure battery did work well with the mover as long as it was fully charged, but became rather sluggish with the mover in other situations, although we did manage, we didnt realise the difference until we had the new Gel battery fitted. They are a bit more expensive though at around £105, but from what we have experianced in using it upto now, they are worth it.
