Hi chaps & chapesses
Hope your all enjoying the sunshine
Been thinking about this for some time ! the fridge in my van works of 240v 12v & gas !
Works great of 240/ 12v never run it on gas & dont think i want to! Went to pickering steam rally last year with no EHU so ran fridge of 12v ! Ange said it was'nt working so with a bit of a rewire in the fuse box I got it to work, now this is great BUT as most of you know it's not thermastatically controlled on 12v so it will keep running untill it flatterns the battery & every thing will freeze + flattern battery !
So I've been toying with the idea of putting a 12v programable timer in line, 1 to keep temp down & 2 not to run battery down as fast, as i dont want to carry a jenny about !
Any thoughts or tips ???? is it a or a![](https://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/chatter/forum_images/smiley21.gif)
