Since I got into caravaning ten years ago I have had two vans, a Bessacar and now a Buccaneer. Both vans have used the same wheel movers (twin axle)
My driving has been a bit erratic in the early days but I still find I am smashing the near side front mover on the kerb (6 times) which really annoys me.
I find the Reiche movers to be too low and protrudes outside the body of the van
Has anyone found the same problem
Roy
the basic design of movers (bolting under the chassis) means they all tend to be a bit low to the ground.. my powetouch is low but dosnt stick out to the side.. i have never hit the kerb with it..
i do go up kerbs with it (one wheel) when parking sometimes and use a wooden block when when going up kerbs whilst putting my van away which involves a kerb..

i had to move my reiche mover to the rear of the wheel due to not being able to remove wheel when jacking up as the wheel jammed into the rollers. i also narrowed the assembly{ fully adjustable for width} to keep rollers to the very edge of the tyre.
We have a Reich mover on our challenger sport. It doesnt stick out and we have never caught it on the kerb, however it does have a tendency to stick onto one wheel but come off the other.
I would check to see how you adjust the width of the mover as it should stick out from the side of the van. The outer edge of the roller should be in line with the outer edge of your tyre. If it isn't then the mover is in the wrong position.
