Hi This happend to us last year with our bailey indiana, must admit that is a 2008 model. What i found was the toothed curved cog was knocked out of sync and the orange button on top of the cassette was not engaging to open the sluce door. Single screw to undo, then ensue evrything lines up ok & re-tighten. Yours being a newer model may be differant but hope this helps. If am wrong someone will know on here.
