I have posted on here before regards a caravan but now i have a bigger engine car and have seen a 1992 Adria 4 berth caravan just wondering if these are good caravans ?
At that age its only about the condition not the make although if an older caravan is being considered, Adria might be one of the better makes. You just need to carefully check the individual caravan, for damp particularly. Chassis parts and interior appliances are common to any other make of caravan.

If it's a submersible pump it's just a few seconds to plug it in as you would do each time you arrive on site. I had a slightly earlier caravan where the submersible was permanently fitted to the caravan, that would take a few minutes to fit. If it's an onboard pump fitted in a locker it would take half an hour to remove the old one and fit the new pump.
Find out what sort of pump it is and get an idea of the price from ebay or a local dealer and haggle the caravan price down accordingly.
Just spoke to the owners on the caravan and they have had a look and can not find the water pump so i am not sure what pump to be looking for and also how does the shower work, does it have it's own water tank to pump from ?

Did you get sorted? Did you find the pump and/or buy the Adria?
