If its from the 1980s then I have one myself, very simple low spec caravan with not much to go wrong. Mine has just a 2 ring cooker and no fridge, I'm over in France in it right now. Obviously check for damp in bodywork but otherwise go for it. Alko chassis so all service parts still available.

Just put a deposit on the Monza now .. so i am happy but it has a split hose under the toilet so the owner has disconnected it, now i need to fit it back to get my water working again ... has any one ever fitted new pipes ????
Monza vans were very well made. My parents had a 1977 Monza and it was rock solid. Very basic but well built. They had a good lifespan more so than new vans coming off production lines today.
New pipes are a doddle, due to the low pressure they are not super tight. Waste pipes are generally just push fit.
Sometimes the inlets just use plastic clamps.
The sizes do vary though so best take a piece in when buying some.
Find a good local camping shop with a caravan spares section, my local one is Jacksons and they are great.
I take stuff in and they can get it or supply an alternative.
Yes thats a later one, 90s, usually plenty of older ABIs on ebay which does suggest good build quality. No complaints with mine, I sealed all around it with pu sealant about 3 yrs ago and its stayed dry.
Your picture seems to show a grey 12S and a black 12N plug.
12N is for the trailer road lights, 12S for interior things like running the inside lights from the car battery when parked up, charging the caravan battery and keeping the fridge going while towing.
