Help please. We are new to caravanning & have an Abbey Piper Executive but are wandering when we make the double bed up where are the drawers supposed to go?

Ours go on the floor and the slats pull out over the top but some are to high to do this.

Always left them where they are. Have always had long daybeds at front tho, so not a problem. Fronts seem very short these days.

Our drawers stay & we sleep across the van plenty of room. Hubby is 6ft 4" so better all round.

We had one new in 1983 and never moved them, slept across the van with no problem as above post.

We always leave the drawers in place and sleep across the width of the van.
