Hi, I want to buy a tv for the caravan but I think that the wall that want to put it on is thin maybe 10 mm or so can I fit a tv bracket to support a reatively small tv, on that wall. If so how and thanks in advance
The conventional method is to fit bracing behind the area that you want to fit your TV bracket. In basic terms this means to fit wood pieces behind the bracket area. Ply wood is often preferable as it has less flex and should stiffen the existing panel nicely.

I agree ply or solid wood is best but If the wall behind the TV is visible then you could use conti board. Your local woodworking shop will cut you a piece and edge it. You can then use a piece that resembles the caravan walls. (I would get a piece about 10 inches by 8 inches for stability.)
If you don't trust conti-board to hold the screws then use nuts and bolts.
Alternative - you could use solid wood and stain it the same colour as the van.
I just cut a piece of ply wood, it was about 12 inches by about 6 inches. I screwed it into the cupboard and also used glue, but made sure I put the wood vertically as I thought that would provide the best support.
All I did then was to screw the TV bracket into the wood and that was it.
Far cheaper than I was quoted by my local dealer, I bought the TV bracket was about £30 and they wanted to charge me £70 for fitting it!!
