well if your asking, here is my experiance.
Tiger stripes,they are not stains or anything like it,they are polish marks where the cover has polished the van.
this is caused by the cover moving in the wind and polishing the van where it touches.
in windy conditions causing the cover to sort of ripple as the wind blows and it polishes the van where it touches.
It makes no difference who makes the cover its the above action that makes the marks.
If your van is stored in a sheltered position you wont get the marks, this is why some people get the marks and others dont.
Also if your van has newish unfaded paintwork you are less likley to get them as your paintwork is already highley polished.
If your painwork has dulled a bit the marks will show due to this polishing affect
so the duller your paintwork the more you will see the tiger stripes.
buy a new caravan and cover it, no stripes.
Buy a new cover for an older caravan, tiger stripes
Stored in windy conditions, tiger stripes, see where im coming from??
As you can see from the pictures the stripes are nice and shiney the rest of the van is dull.
The cover used was £400 and made to measure,all makes will do this if the cover moves in the wind not just the one make, before buying i had samples of the material used buy the top makers and they are almost identical
